Ok ; I used your syntax, but

1) Joomla automatically adds comment tag to the code content :
<?php echo "something";?>

... becomes ... :
<!--?php echo "something";?-->

...while I put
[pre]*
in the two 'autorized elements' boxes.

2) and the code tags are displaying.

For now it is not, I tried to add code in the source but Joomla switch php tags (for example) with comment tags.
You can see the steps in images attached.
